How to program a bot step by step

I am neither a software developer nor just an enthusiastic programmer, but I am extremely interested in the development and implementation of bots which could possibly enable me to gain an edge in my betting activities.
Being an aged and lifelong bettor on horse racing in the UK I have not the neccessary skills or the know how to enable me to design and code my own bots, but am willing to learn just how to do that.
Having been a user of BFexplorer for the past year has allowed me to get a better insight and appreciation into what can be achieved with the aid of bots.
The "How to program a bot step by step" project is like a breath of fresh air, and I for one will follow this process all the way.
To find someone who is prepared to employ his obvious skills and expertise to help, to advise and assist others in this way is very fortunate.

Eric, that is a good idea. In my article I tried to show mainly to people who have got some experiences with programming how easy it is to create a betfair bot with bfexplorer pro infrastructure.
If you are really interested I can assist you in step by step tutorial, so we need a simple project to start with, any ideas?
